How to study

We learn best without distractions. This is why we recommend you block out time to work and study from home. Offices are full of distractions: the phone, email, colleagues, your boss - all of which will be barriers to you learning effectively.

Get some exercise!

Brain studies have repeatedly shown that exercise massively increases brain power, As little as 30 minutes of exercise twice a week will boost your ability to problem-solve, learn and retain information.

Connect to people

eLearning can be a lonely way to learn, however with the MID social network and regular webinars you can connect with your peers and tutors wherever you are based. Upload your assignments to the social network and give and receive constructive feedback. Comment on one-another’s learning blogs and share each other’s learning journeys.
